Payment & Pricing
 
 
Payment must be issued in full before orders will be dispatched. We accept the following payment method:

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£). You do not pay VAT on these items so will be priced exactly as quoted (excluding delivery if applicable).
 
 
Products
 
 
All descriptions and images on the site were accurate at the time of writing. However in relation to certain products (such as effects pedals) user experience may differ from our own. This is due to the different amplifier and guitar combinations on the market. The colour of the products may also differ due to differences in lighting and monitor settings.
 
 
Delivery
 
 
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Delivery is charged at a fixed rate of £1.99. Items should be delivered within two business days once the order has been dispatched. However please allow for up to 5 working days. You should inspect items for damage before you sign for delivery.
 
 
 
We can not compensate, or be held responsible for delayed orders.
 
 
If the goods are damaged in transit, we must be notified within 24 hours. We can't be held responsible for damage caused during delivery if we are notified outside this 24 hour period.
 
 
Returns & Replacements
 
 
You are legally entitled to return the item within 7 days if you are unhappy with your purchase (if you change your mind about wanting them, for defective goods please see below). Please contact us if you wish to do this. You will need to send the goods back to us to claim the refund. The goods must be undamaged, unaltered & resellable in their ordinal packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods arrive back to us undamaged. You are responsible for any costs involved in returning the goods to us. They should also be in their original packaging.
 
 
As well as this legal entitlement, we offer you an additional 3 days over which you may return the product. So you may return the product(s) within 10 days for a full refund. The same requirements as above must be met in relation to the resaleability of the item.
 
 
If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure the product is placed in an alternative secure package. It should have sufficient padding and protection to avoid damage to the product.
 
 
Please contact us before sending any items back.
 
 
Cancellation
 
 
You may cancel your order if the goods have not yet been dispatched. This cancellation request must be sent in writing via email. If the goods have already been dispatched then you can still return them within 7 days for a full refund (see above). However you will be required to pay delivery fees associated with returning the goods to us.
 
 
The ability to cancel the goods before dispatch is not guaranteed. Your email may not be seen until the goods have already been dispatched. We do not guarantee that an email will result in an order cancellation, however we'll do our best to make sure an unwanted order is not sent to you.
 
 
Force Majeure
 
 
We are not responsible for the non fulfilment of our contractual obligations if they our due to certain factors outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to Acts of God, riots, war, natural disasters, strikes, accidents, floods, fire, sabotage, or Governmental decisions.
 
 
 
Liability
 
 
We shall not be held liable for any injury or property damage resulting from the reasonable use of our products.
 
 
These products should not be modified or altered in any way unless done so by a professional. We are not responsible for any injury or damage caused through the owners modifications.
 
 
Any damages paid by us due to injury or damage caused will be limited to £100.
 
 
Severability
 
 
If any provision of these Terms shall be held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining parts of these Terms and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected.
 
 
WEEE
 
 
This is in relation to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). You may return your waste electronic equipment to us free of charge when you buy something from us that replaces it. For example if you bought a new effects pedal from us, you could send us your old, uneeded pedal free of charge (we would reimburse you for any delivery costs).
 
 
The WEEE must be returned to us within 28 days of purchasing goods from us.
 
 
This aims to cut down on the amount of electronics which are put into landfill sites. It also prevents potential harmful materials from leaking into the environment. Many of the WEEE can be repaired or recycled.
