  Messaged asking about the product, they responded that the description and pictures were exactly as shown. I immediately purchased following the response. The following day the seller told me that it was out of stock. I had seen others had the same experience but gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a 1 time thing. I was wrong. stop listing items you don't have product for. Seller did respond and send me a full refund. Still is annoying. Will not be returning

  Unfortunately, seller informed me this figure was out of stock and forgot to remove the listing. I am disappointed on the missed opportunity to get this, but I am very appreciative of the seller promptly notifying me of the issue and offering a full refund. They were very apologetic. I feel this seller is trustworthy and I would buy again from them if an opportunity comes up.

  After I purchased the seller informed me the dolls had already been sold to someone else and they could not sell them to me. I was irritated and very disappointed, wondering why the listing was still active, but within 24 hours seller did cancel our transaction (notating the honest reason why) and I was given a full refund. Good communication, polite, professional. It all worked out.
