Cancellation and returns
 
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This time period starts from the day that you receive your purchases. Please return items in their original packaging to the company in exchange for a replacement product or a refund. Return postage costs can only be refunded in the event of a fault on our part (eg. supplying a faulty or incorrect item). This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
 
Delivery
 
Items ordered will be dispatched as soon as possible to the customer via the requested delivery service (normally within 3 working days).
