We have no desire for the abuse of our art, therefore we monitor closely the course of events on the collector's market as well as any attempts at misuse. For this reason, we would like to warn those who intend to purchase from us with this dishonest intent of the simplicity of tracing their purchase with us. The coins are marked and made to differ in weight and size in order not to be used as a counterfeit. All our products are intended for display, collection and educational purposes only!

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES!

I do not accept any package which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during the transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

RETURNED MAIL!

I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:

1) The address provided by you was not correct.

I am not responsible for undelivered shipments if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete address.

2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

I will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the shipment is returned and received by the seller, the buyer will receive a refund without the postage or have to pay for the re-delivery. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.

SHIPPING!

All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your eBay Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. Roman Greece is not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.

USA / Canada: Standard 5-15 Business days.

Europe : Standard 5-15 Business days.

Other Countries: Standard 5-15 Business days.

I ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Before/After Christmas there use to be up to 3 weeks of delays (Nov 15th to Jan 15th).

Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, we can t solve delivery delays cases, before a period of 30 days from shipping date. Please understand that, once the package is sent, transit times, custom delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES!
