Clements (both U. of Georgia) presents the latest edition of the text initially developed by Wachowiak (1913-1998), offering preservice and practicing general classroom teachers and art specialists an up-to-date treatment on art education in elementary- and middle-school classrooms. With some 900 b&w and full-color illustrations, the revised and re, This beautifully illustrated text reflects the latest trends in art education and demonstrates how to motivate students to learn by integrating art with other content areas. Emphasis Art, 8/e focuses on the intrinsic worth of art-studio experience through its Discipline-Based Art Education approach, as well as on the process of implementing art education into classroom practice. Useful for both general classroom teachers and art specialists, this popular text promotes art appreciation while providing a wealth of creative ideas and clear technical direction, including lesson plans that incorporate instructional objectives. Features of the eighth edition include a new emphasis on integrating art instruction in the general classroom, National Art Educators Association Standards correlated to chapter content, and expanded emphasis on social and cultural issues.

- n***i (4)- Évaluations laissées par l'acheteur.Dernier moisAchat vérifiéA little more beat up than I expected but happy with the packaging and product! The seller was quick to respond and shipping was very fast! It was packaged very well and in a way that protected the product! The only complaint is in the photos it looked newer than the product did when it arrived! But I also understand it’s hard to see everything in photos, so overall very pleased with the purchase and how the book is. Definitely will work with this seller in the future based off of this! Thanks!!

He offered to send the 9th edition, but my son needed the 8th. The seller was very helpful and refunded the purchase promptly. I recommend this seller.
