A woman begins a new job at High Hopes Hospital, a mental institution in Amityville and is initially delighted about her appointment to the role. However, she soon discovers that things are not as they seem. Unnerved by the supernatural occurences that she experiences and to preserve her own sanity, she looks into the history of the hospital but what she discovers is far worst than anything she could have imagined.
