    After notifying me that my order had been delayed and it could be a couple of days before I received it ( router bits) this company not only refunded me in full they also told me to keep the product if it arrived. As I have had this happen to me previously I thought that my order had gone never to be seen again. But to my surprise it was delivered today only 3 days late and in immaculate condition. I cannot thank this company enough, I would highly recommend this company to anyone 👍

    A great little item that works really well. An easy transaction, item packaged well. Shipping time I feel was slow but not stupid slow. What was un- nerving was that I started getting messages before the due delivery date from the seller appologising for the item either arriving late or not arriving at all and asking me to contact them in the event and not to leave Neg feedback. I have my suspicions that this item was not shipped from the UK as indicated in the listing under 'Location'.

    Thank you for the two items. AS YOU CHOSE TO IGNORE THIS REQUEST PLACED WITH THE ORDER:- "Dear Seller please do not use EVRI_HERMES they have stolen over £100 from me. they dump my deliveries in the street without contact." seller communication gets zero. The risk of loss using this company, (under UK Government investigation for malpractice Nationwide) is so unwise. On this rare occasion that dread company delivered. Possibly due to the mass of complaints I sent to them in June!
