There was initially a delay in shipping due to inventory issues. When it didn't ship within a few days I contacted them and they promised it would ship soon and it did. When it shipped they contacted me again with shipping details including U.S. tracking.

I realise that they have a 10-20 day policy of sending the item I see no need for it to take this long considering that again it was in stock and everything else I have purchase from other sellers has been dispatched within 3 days and received within 1 week.
