A myriad outrageous calamities overwhelms this eccentric clan with more than a few skeletons in its closets and soon every complication imaginable -- including the wrong corpse in the coffin, the accidental consumption of hallucinogenic drugs, and the disclosure of the deceased's closeted homosexuality -- befall the grief-stricken mourners. It was sent in a grey plastic wrap and Courier put it through the letter box and without sufficient padding it could have gotten damaged. However this could very well be that it was damaged in post as the outside packaging was also damaged. Would have been best to send in cardboard. However I received a quick response and apology from seller with a promise to look into the issue, and got a full refund. No issues there. Won't stop me purchasing from them again.
