Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes makes his first appearance on the DS handheld with the Mystery of Osborne House. The story finds Holmes on a case to discover the whereabouts of Queen Victoria's genealogical records. Working with Doctor Watson, Holmes will solve the mystery only after completing an assortment of riddles, puzzles, and tests of logic. The gameplay is structured similarly to Nintendo's Professor Layton series. You'll use the stylus to explore static environments and interact with offbeat characters who will test your reasoning skills with a variety of puzzles. One puzzle has you arranging pipe fragments to create a solid connection, while another involves deciphering a series of symbols to find the corresponding numerical code. Solve the puzzle without any hints to receive the maximum amount of points.
