It was delivered within the timeframe as stated and there were no hassles with the order from point of ordering the item to delivery/receiving the item.   After unfortunately ordering a size too small for this item I contacted the seller to see if I could return it and get a refund. They were very quick to respond and offered me a full refund post returning the item in good condition, or keeping the item and receiving a 50% refund. I opted for the half refund and it was in my account within a few hours! Very happy with this seller ☺️.

  3-4 weeks ago purchased 5, no problems gave 5 star review. A week later ordered another one, this arrived with no pocket for rod. I Contacted seller who suggested I could pay $7 into PayPal and keep what I received and they would send replacement. After 1 week of negotiations they agreed to send replacement to counteract low star rating, so I didn’t return. Today, 12/9/24 received, Again “no rod pocket” with a 2-3cm tear. Not happy, waste of my money and time. Beware, not happy customer
