This was handled fast and a complete refund issued nearly immediately upon my dissatisfaction with an incorrect edition received versus expected (ISBN# and pictures were misaligned). Immediately bought from them again (from a separate listing with the #s and images aligned) and would highly recommend ThriftBooks to anyone looking for used or difficult to source books. I'd like to point out that it was also shipped promptly, arrived on time, but the local post office refused to send me any notification of it arriving.
