Listing indicated a "like new hardcover" book. They sent a beat up paperback. Then, claimed the paperback was the only item left in stock. Yet, the listing for a "like new hardcover" book remains posted showing multiple in stock. Seems they list beat up paperbacks at "like new hardcover" prices, act shocked when you're disappointed, claim the real item is out of stock, keep original listing up, and just count on you keeping the inferior item to avoid hassle of returning. Very disappointing.
