  The tips are listed as being 4". The tips themselves are actually 3.5". They are 4" including the carbon part thay goes around the tips. The seller offered to take them back and pay return shipping. I decided to keep them and they gave a patial refund of $25. The seller was very responsive and great to deal with.

  Arrived before the scheduled date. Unfortunately, the package had been opened and the low switch was missing and the UNIV-1 plate had already been installed even though it was advertised as "New." Customer Service was responsive and refunded a portion of the purchase. Would have rather had the low switch.

  I originally thought gs_motorking had overpriced my purchase and subsequently complained to ebay about it. Upon realizing this, gs_motorking immediatrly contacted me to correct the situation. I found them to be suportive, understanding and concerned. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisified with my purchase, thereby turning a dissatisfied customer into a happy one. I woukd deffinitely buy from gs_motorking again.
