Ubisoft's motion-controlled dance series makes the move to a new console generation with support for up to six players and SmartGlass integration that allows users to control the dancing action or queue up songs from their smartphones, tablets, and home computers. Just Dance 2014 features more than 40 hit tracks, a variety of play modes, and for the first time in the series, online multiplayer action. World Dance Floor mode lets gamers head online and join a virtual crew of friends to compete in themed contests and check global leaderboards.
Multiplayer fans can also select the On Stage mode, where one player serves as the lead dancer while friends perform backup moves. The Just Sweat mode is for those looking to burn a few calories, and the Classic and Karaoke modes are for players who just want to dance and sing for fun. With the new Just Dance DJ feature users can control beats between songs and transition a number of ways between songs in Endless Party mode. The track listing offers a number of classic and contemporary hits, including "99 Luftballoons" by Nena, "Blurred Lines" by Robin Thicke, "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor, and "Get Lucky" by Daft Punk.
