The aim of the book is to provide in one volume the entire range of radiographic positioning and technique - the 'bread and butter' radiography which all students and professionals must know. It will take a new, more modern approach: rather than emphasising the 'ideal' radiograph, it will discuss radiographs a particular area in terms of what pathologies the operator may be looking for, what can go wrong and how to correct common positioning faults. The book will be carefully planned and edited so that each section uses the same headings and subheadings - making it easy to use as a study aide and quick to refer to as a reference work in daily practice.
