    The seller answered questions in time as advertised. But they went above and beyond to help with the process. They wanted to size my watch to the exact size for me. I would purchase from them again. As for shipping, they sucked! The shipping company didn't want to help me. They lied to me about shipping delays until I exposed them. Then they helped me. I had a $3,900 watch dropped at my door without signature. DHL delivery sucks!
