Your S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball Z hero characters are caught unaware when attacked by the villainous S.H. Figuarts Android 17 figure from Bandai. Standing at slightly over 5 inches tall, the Figuarts Android 17 action figure features over 35 points of articulation, allowing you to recreate nearly any action pose found in the Dragon Ball anime. While Android 17 does not use many weapons in the anime outside of his fists, the pistol he uses for a few Dragon Ball episodes is included with this figure, along with a holster. This Figuarts Dragon Ball toy features over 10 different hands, letting him karate chop, punch, and even grab his opponents. In addition to swappable hands, the Android 17 figure even includes swappable arms so that you can pose him crossing his arms like he does in Budokai. Rounding out this impressive list of accessories are two swappable faces, one with a vicious angry look and another with a smirk for when he's mocking Krillin, Gohan, and even Piccolo. Goku and the other heroes are going to need the Eternal Dragon to save Dragon World this time. This is an original Bandai design, so it has the same dimensions as the Super Saiyan Goku figure from the same collection. If you're a big fan of the manga by Akira Toriyama, this is the perfect way to add one of the androids to your collection. Android 17 will match the figures you already have, which means you can torment your miniature version of Dragon World more easily than ever. Unlike most of the villains shown throughout the Dragon Ball saga, the androids aren't inhuman monsters nor are they from another planet. At one point, they were all humans who had their brains removed and implanted into cybernetic bodies, and thus they became a threat worse than Cell. Their connection to the Red Ribbon Army means that Android 17 should also go well with an original Dragon Ball or Dragon Ball GT collection. Get a figure of his twin to keep your Android 18 figure company, and you can play out an alternate version of Dragon Ball where she doesn't marry Krillin. They might actually beat Piccolo this time around and go on to successfully take on Cell themselves to create a new Dragon Ball universe. The evil Dr. Gero, also known as Android 20, found himself on an endless search to rebuild the old Red Ribbon Army. In the process, he ended up creating the cyborgs that destroyed the version of Dragon World that Future Trunks came from. Trunks therefore went back in time to warn Goku, Krillin, and Vegeta of the impending threat that loomed over their heads. Gero later created Cell as well, and Cell nearly destroyed Dragon World. The DBZ episode where Future Trunks first appears is quite popular with fans, and the Android 17 figure gives you a chance to play it out yourself. You won't have to wish on the Eternal Dragon for this Figuarts Dragon Ball figure because it's the real deal!
