  Package arrived re-wrapped by courier with half of order missing and the other damaged beyond use. Original packaging failed. Seller responded straight away and issued a full refund no problem. Such a shame but service and communication was great to sort matters out. Thank you.

  I want to say that the sellers communication and wiilingness to rectify the issue with the product as received, was most comendable,the seller could not be held responsible for the quality of the product provided by the manufacturer, whic although described as made fromAluminium Alloy was a low quality plastic clone. The seller noted the discrepency upon being made aware of the issue and was very willing to provide a suitable refund for the inconvenience. I would buy from this seller again.

  Items received sunday 22nd september 2024 thanks. But post courier left package sticking outside the letter box and not fully pushed into the property. items should not be exposed outside on busy street. This is not ok. I Recommend it to all. Thanks
