  The stove arrived very quickly. The packing was intact but the stove was not what I ordered. See photos . I contacted the seller but as the return postage was so high (china) they offered me a 30% refund. That equals £3.50, so the stove that I didn't order cost me £8, my pans dont fit on the stove I received as it's to big at the top because of not having the right pan stand, waste of money. And if I didn't give a positive freedom back or opened a claim with ebay the refund would be given.

  Item as described, much bigger and better than expected, came perfectly packaged in a box, seller's communication is great, dispatched quickly, however the carrier Yodel let delivery down on their side of things!! Due to them, the packaged arrived much later than estimated!! I'd definitely buy from this seller again, thank you 😊

  The packaging was damaged when I received the order, and the items were not in the packet. I contacted the seller, who offered me a refund or to send another order. I opted for another order. This arrived quickly, in undamaged packaging. Good communications from this seller, highly recommended.
