  I had a query re the velcro strap fitting so messaged the seller late evening. Their helpful reply was in my message box before 0900 the next day. Packaging was good and the item is as described. The drop down sides give extra stability on the rack of my 20" wheel folder. The quality is very good. I would buy again from this business.

  Item received as described, well-packaged, and in good condition. The seller helpfully answered my questions about the item too and ensured me it would fit, and it has. Thanks. It was dispatched promptly and delivered in good time -albeit the Courier unfortunately left it outside a wrong address nearby - bur which I was fortunately able to retrieve due to following the tracking.

  Arrived on time as stated.Item work fine and no damage to it,good replacement too.But I have one concern is it came without good protection,so a box of parcel insultion would help do away with this feedback.The price was OK too.I think the delivery made it better sending off the item after the weekend so it had a better chance arriving during the working week.
