These 2 new 18TB WD drives are highly reliable.
I had purchased 2 from this seller before in 2020 & I have had no issues.
They do run hot if running for long time so I recommend to have reasonable fan flow across them but no problems.
I have scanned all drives & no errors.
I use 2 for main and 2 for backup through cloning.
All drives through this seller have been professionally packaged.
Just be aware of import duties if buying 2 or more at same time to Australia.
I Fully trust this seller.

I purchased this 18TB drive to use as a backup drive for my three existing drives (9 TB total) running on my Mid 2012 Mac Pro, as well as to use the drive to store Time Machine backup files. It came formatted for windows so I reformatted it for Mac OS Extended (Journaled) using Disk Utility and it works great. It does exactly what i hoped it would and does it very well. One item, the four drive mounting screws are different on this Enterprise drive then my other Mac Mount so I only used two.

Best enterprise hard drive buying experience so far. Ordered 7 drives in three orders. All super well protected and shipped fast 2nd day air Immediately entered serial numbers to check warranty. All 7 were valid! And all still had more than 4 years and 10 months left on the 5-year manufacturer's warranty. All were manufactured recently, fresh and brand new. Drives were all the 18 TB Ultrastar helium filled top-of-the-line models, over $2000 worth of drives. And this company gave perfect service.

Outstanding seller; very responsive and excellent to work with. And their prices are more in-line with reality than some others..
Server shipped & arrived very quickly, in great condition, and packed better than expected.
While it was missing the original rail set, (not uncommon for a refurb) the seller pointed to listing for compatible rails, and offered a discount to cover.
These folks are a pleasure to work with, and I won’t hesitate to look here first for future purchases.

The product box was mummified with high-quality bubble wrap, and the drive inside that box was cocooned in what I would describe as a custom-fit air pillow with stiffening ribs. Great seller! Ordered 2 drives, but one was DOA. The seller issued a return shipping label no questions asked. The working drive had 3 hours on it and has passed 3 rounds of badblocks so far. The packaging was much better than what I've seen from amazon. Quality stuff here.
