We comply with the current distance selling regulations allowing returns for up to 30 days after purchase. This includes having never been fitted to a vehicle, not having been used on the road or been damaged in any way. We reserve the right to return the items to the original warehouse location in the UK or EU. If the items are returned to us in re-sellable condition, ie, Unused and as It was received, we will offer an exchange or process a full refund.
 
Returns only accepted in their original condition which they were sent out (brand new)
We do not accept returns on any worn Tyre's or Tyre's that have been fitted onto vehicles and that have been run on.
We do not hold any responsibility for any damage to the Tyre's during these being fitted, please ensure that the Tyre's are fitted by an expert, The cost to return will be at your expense.
 
Any Tyre that is faulty will be inspected by the Manufacturer/Supplier and can take up to 12 weeks, A form will need to be completed with your details and information of the Car. Please ensure that you have a replacement Tyre before you return the Tyre back to us, as we don`t provide any loan Tyre`s of any sort. The return will be at your expense and once the Tyre Assessment has been made, A full Refund Inc Postage will be given or a Replacement Tyre, or the old Tyre will be returned less postage.
 
Multiple name brands on listings, means that they are made by the same company and have identical ratings.
 
Unwanted goods that are returned to us will incur a restocking fee this will be deducted from your original payment and will cover our P&P and courier transportation charges which will be £7.50 per Tyre.
If the goods are refused at the address then this will also be charged at £7.50 per Tyre at the management`s discretion depending on the reason.
 
If an item is out of stock, but still listed as this can happen due to a delay in our delivery system from either manufacturer`s or Third parties, especially now with the Pandemic, as we are seeing a lot of stock that is still waiting to be cleared through the ports due to medical checks. We may give you the option to look at other brands or perhaps source Tyre`s for you with a similar tread pattern, Or we are happy to offer a full refund.
 
Since the announcement of the COVID-19 measures by the government, DHL has experienced a drastic rise in deliveries which means that it can take between 2-5 working days for orders to be delivered and in more severe cases up to 7 days (excluding bank holidays). Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we kindly ask you to be patient. We appreciate your understanding and if you do not receive your products within 7 days, please contact us and we will escalate this matter further, but it may arrive on your expected delivery date

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we cannot tell you exactly what the DOT number is for each item as our products are dispatched from different warehouses in the UK and Europe, also as long as they are kept well in storage our suppliers consider them to be as New as we have never countered any issues from our clients..
