Slight delay arriving which was down to Royal Mail and beyond control of the seller. Item, although used, was in excellent condition and well protected and packed for delivery. Item was very good value for money and included free postage. Communication was excellent as the seller responded to an email within two minutes and provided useful and reassuring advice and links. Would definitely recommend this seller to other buyers.

I sent an email to Music Magpie which was answered within 10 minutes, and a refund given.
