    Well packaged, and wrapped so that no books were damaged in the event of rain or rough handling in transit. This shipping cost is for good reason you get protection for your next read. The items are well priced, and were in pristine condition upon arrival box size was picked well for what was shipped and the shipper recognized when multiple items were ordered at the same time and was able to combine the package. Communication is also an asset this seller has! A pleasure to work with!

    Ordered Grand Blue manga volumes 1-18. Seller shipped quickly and seller immediately reached out without being prompted to let me know that the item was in transit. Upon receiving the books, they were packaged well, and all books arrived in perfect condition, except volume 1, which had a defective cover. I contacted the seller to point out the issue, and they worked quickly to issue a refund for the damaged volume. This is a fantastic seller willing to take the extra step.
