Royal Mail & courier expected delivery periods provided by ebay are estimates ONLY.
 
In such circumstances we ask that buyers, in the first instance request any available tracking to trace their items progress (if applicable). Thereafter please allow Royal Mail or any alternate courier /postal service 7 full working days (exc. Sat / sun/ bank hols) after the date of dispatch to deliver your order. For International Buyers please allow 21 working days.
 
At the end of that period the item still hasn't arrived please advise us and we will consider the appropriate course of action. We do not refund items lost in transit other than at our sole discretion, instead we will consider the immediate re-sending of the order.
 
We will also, automatically begin a claims process to recover our losses to Royal Mail, or other courier for loss/theft at the appropriate stage. The service provider may contact a buyer for additional information to which they should reply. By purchasing from us it is understood that you will accept these terms.
 
Occasional Loss / theft of postal items is becoming a regular distance selling experience. While losses will be dealt with as above, please be aware we reserve the right in conjunction with the Courier or Postal Service Provider , to prosecute buyers for theft, found to have received an order and subsequently claiming non-receipt of that order , with a view to refund and/or replacement. This applies in addition to any action Ebay may also take.
 
STANDARD RETURNS (WHERE ADVISED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE)
 
To commence a return please contact us in the first instance providing the reason for return.
 
Unopened, Undamaged item returns, in original undamaged packaging (where supplied) will be accepted, if returned within 30 days of item receipt.
 
Returns must be complete, i.e not missing any item , component or packaging. We are unable to refund items if incomplete in any way.
 
In such circumstances we will hold the item for 30days and will then dispose of it unless the buyer arranges suitable return to themselves: either by their own methods, or with our support, in which case a paypal invoice will be sent for suitable p&p as agreed by both parties and must be paid before the item is dispatched/returned to the buyer.
Returns within 14 days should be sent along with a copy of the original invoice or delivery note, with a comment regarding your reason for return to:

WARRANTY RETURNS:
 
Please contact us in the first instance to discuss the nature of your warranty claim and how best to deal with it.
Postage costs for Items returned under warranty for inspection will be covered by the buyer.
 
In the event the item is found to be faulty after inspection, we or the supplier may choose to repair / replace or refund as deemed appropriate. The cost of the postage return to you in these circumstances may only be born by ourselves at our discretion, but in all cases will be deemed to be the responsibility of the buyer.
 
In the event the item is not found to be faulty or the fault is found to be outside any repair / replacement policy, such as user error, mal-use, or fair wear and tear, the item will only be returned at the buyers expense.

item does not match sellers photos he sent me a cheap plain one instead of a giant logo stamped one i have added photos of my original stamped one and the cheap unstamped hanger from this seller i could of got a cheap plain one for less money ,thought i was getting one stamped what shows in his photos for £10.99 never buying these again what a waste of money

Having reviewed your purchase and comments, we note you mention a "Giant Logo stamped on the hanger." - The stamp your referring to is a factory stamp determining which factory the hanger originated from. This Hanger profile fits many brands not just Giant as is noted in the listing. The stamp is also on the inside of the hanger,hidden, rather than its outer facia where a logo would normally be shown. We have also offered the option of you returning the item for a full refund.
