These General Terms and Conditions govern all contracts for the sale and supply of services and materials by the company and are automatically considered a part of every purchase from Dirtbikestuff. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
 
Order Placement
 
Initiating an order implies acceptance of our business terms and conditions, without affecting your statutory rights. All prices displayed include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing statutory rate on the invoice date. The company retains the right to modify prices and specifications without prior notice.
 
Payment
 
Goods remain property of the company until the customer completes full payment. Customers are responsible for providing vehicle details in the special instructions box. Failure to do so may result in the supply of an incorrect product, in which case Dirtbikestuff will exchange the product, imposing a 2% handling fee and covering any additional costs. If the replacement product costs less, Dirtbikestuff will exchange the product, refunding the difference minus a 20% handling fee.
 
Payments are processed through eBay s Managed Payments System, including options like credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Credit. Clear funds must be received before dispatch.
 
Delivery
 
Fast delivery to mainland UK addresses within 2-3 working days is standard. Express deliveries operate on a next working day basis. Once dispatched, the carrier handles delivery. Customers receive carrier contact details upon dispatch. If no one is available for delivery, the courier follows provided instructions or leaves the order in a considered safe area . The customer assumes risk after successful delivery, per specified instructions or carrier discretion.
 
Overseas Deliveries
 
International parcels are sent through eBay Global Shipping, handling customs, duties, and taxes automatically. Full charges are visible and payable at checkout; no additional fees apply upon delivery.
 
IMPORTANT: Damaged items must be signed for as damaged, and notification within 24 hours is necessary for any claims or replacements at no cost.

    Item as described, My only complaint is the courier Evri who took forever to deliver almost to the point of me cancelling the order & going elsewhere, The seller was good & responded straight away but i would suggest using a different courier as this is not the first time this has happened with Evri.
