For example, Zone 2 audio is typically an upper-level feature on surround units. However, the design team has added it to their dual-channel receiver, regardless. It works well with in-wall speakers located in different rooms. Nevertheless, anything is possible; and the remote control allows for EQ and other options to be changed from a distance. For convenience, most of the typical-use controls are also located on the front of the unit. All connections and ports are of high quality, with the gold plating ensuring the clearest connection. The "Pure Direct" mode uses a short signal route with minimal distortion and noise. The "CD Direct" mode acts similarly, but it's designed for the CD input. The Bluetooth and other extra connections are designed to future-proof the R-S700. They help to ensure that your receiver stays up to date as technology changes. This product measures 15.2 inches wide by 17.1 inches deep by 6 inches tall and weighs 24.7 pounds. It is black with a matte finish, and the remote contains extensive controls.
