Shipping and Delivery is carried out following our strict delivery policy. Please note, we do not ship or invoice to PO Box addresses.
 
Delivery Schedule
If you place an order before 3.00pm, we will endeavor to have the goods dispatched on the same day. Delivery is usually by courier and must be signed for on receipt, for your protection and ours. Please allow for up to and including close of business on the last day of the advertised delivery scheduled, advised at the time of placing an order.

Returns Policy
 
Unwanted Goods
 
Once 'unwanted' goods are received, the consumer has a 30 day cancellation period. The consumers right to reject starts from the day the contract is made, and ends on the expiry of 30 days starting from the day after the goods have been received by the consumer. We request that the goods are returned at consumer's cost to the address at the bottom of this page (unless faulty). The goods must be unused, boxed, in original condition and with your "The Sharper Edge" receipt, and must be received back within 30 days from the date of invoice. If the goods are not in a re-sellable condition, we may send them back to you at your expense or only provide a refund for a partial amount of the goods.
 
For your peace of mind, please remember to obtain a receipt and 'proof of posting' from your Post Office.
 
Damaged Goods
 
Provided we are informed within 7 working days of receipt, goods damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra charge. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Replacements can only be sent to a postal address within the UK.
 
A tracked returns label will be provided by email (or post if requested) for the item to be sent back to us before a replacement can be dispatched. Although we wish to replace goods immediately, it is a requirement that they go through our inspection process to ensure that a consistent level of service is given and for this reason our return estimate is receipt within 12 business days of sending.

When paying for the return postage, we recommend that you insure the package via your carrier of choice and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. If appropriate postage is not covered on sending, the item will not arrive at our premises, will not be collected and the return subsequently cannot be processed.
 
Please allow up to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
