Firstly I have waited to post this feedback on the item I purchased because it had to be returned. I contacted the seller and explained the problem, they quickly responded and gave me a link to print a returns label which I did, I repacked the item and left it to be picked up and returned by the courier which happened quickly. I was able to track its progress back to the seller . The seller then quickly sent out the correct item to me with new tracking and I have received. Fist class service

Arrived at 11.17am on the 9th May hence a very speedy delivery time, 3 days from order. I ordered 2 x 20w but 2 x 30w arrived but not a problem. Highly recommended seller, and the despatch/delivery time was incredible. I think I’ve purchased from this seller previously, and will definitely view his items next time I need anything electrical. The items arrived and were so well packaged to present damage it took me over 5 minutes to actually remove the items from within the packaging. A+++++
