After a while he was able to figure out the shipping issue and then updated me on everything. He ended up receiving the item but he had some issues getting eBay to return the money to me so he took it upon himself to send me the money. He definitely went above and beyond to complete the return.

Reach out to seller for an update and they stated the original item I purchased happened to have been sold and the inventory wasn’t updated. They gave me the option to get my money back or take a different item that was similar and comparable at no extra costs. I chose the item that was similar. Shipping was fast. Package arrived safely and everything was perfectly intact.
