Author Biography
Ramon Reichert (Dr.), 2009-2013 Professor of New Media Studies and Digital Media Culture at the Department of Theatre, Film and Media Studies at the University of Vienna. Since 2014, he is the head of the post-graduate master's course Data Studies. Annika Richterich (Dr.) is an assistant professor in Digital Culture at Maastricht University (NL). Her research focuses on practices of collaboration, learning and innovation in hacking communities. Pablo Abend (Dr.) is a postdoctoral reseacher in the project Modding and Editor-Games at the University of Cologne (GER). His research interests include game studies, geomedia, and participatory media cultures. Mathias Fuchs (Dr.) is professor for Art and Civic Media and director of the Gamification Lab at Leuphana University, Luneburg (Germany). He is a pioneer in the field of game art and is a leading scholar in game studies.
