The legendary Epiphone Firebird Studio Electric Guitar was the first instrument produced at the brand's iconic Kalamazoo factory, and it features a futuristic look created by car designer Ray Dietrich. The Firebird Studio, part of a complete series of Epiphones designed by Dietrich, was used by a pantheon of rock and roll legends including Keith Richards and Brian Jones of The Rolling Stones, Stephen Stills, and Tom Petty. This beautiful edition of the Firebird Studio is constructed from solid mahogany with a classic worn cherry finish. This six-string guitar features a slim, tapered neck profile, Alnico classic humbucker pickups at both the neck and the LockTone Tone-O-Matic bridge, and premium die-cast machine heads.
