One of the speakers arrived with a dented grille, which was not disclosed or visible in the photos. While I understand that it's a used item and may have scratches and minor details, the significant dent was unexpected. Unfortunately, when I contacted the seller about the issue, they showed no intention of resolving it. Therefore, I am leaving a negative review
