Very helpful in confirming the correct tow bar for the car I was purchasing. I decided to buy a different car and was again helpful in accepting the return, which I turned away at the point of delivery. So hoping the refund comes through. Return to sender process was set in place. Email communication via E bay was really good and helpful. Will be reordering the correct tow bar when this transaction is complete.
