Item sent did not match the description or model number. Made seller aware so others wouldn't fall into this trap and provided reminders then they EVENTUALLY updated. Now isn't responding to my messages about a return. Very poor service and you should avoid as they cannot be trusted. Will likely respond with some excuse or other.

Item arrived in a battered box with a hole in it and a new manual and a second manual that was torn up, the mower was semi constructed and had parts missing, when I contacted the company they said that they would send me a video of them packing it with the parts in it that were missing on my end, I immediately requested a paid returns label and they dragged their feet before eventually sending me a return label stay away from this seller if poss items are not as described.
