Lovely tankard with additional engraving requested. Quick delivery, but packaging needs to be improved by adding bubble wrap or similar around the outside of the tankard box. One end of my package was dented in transit, but luckily it didn’t result in damage to the tankard, but it did annoyingly damage the tankard presentation box. As this is a 60th birthday present this is obviously disappointing. Communication was slow from the seller and did not address all questions I asked in some messages.
