It plays both LP and EP records, with an adjustable speed knob and a 33/45 RPM switch on the front panel. Complete your home entertainment audio setup with this vintage-looking automatic record player. The Pioneer PL-990 Automatic Stereo Turntable features a two-speed full auto response. It has a built-in phono EQ and a moving magnet cartridge. The Pioneer PL-990 Automatic Stereo Turntable has a low-mass straight tone with stylus connection and a precise DC servo motor along with the built-in phono equalizer. The advanced technology of the Pioneer stable hanging motor prevents the turntable from wobbling and distorting during rotation and gives a smooth, consistent audio playback. The universal cartridge connector will accommodate your preferred stylus and allows for slight sound adjustments. On the front panel of the Pioneer PL-990 Automatic Stereo Turntable are a play button, which automatically starts playing your record, a stop button, and an up/down arm elevation control button.
