The classic television series THE LONE RANGER was a landmark in the history of both westerns and television. The longest lasting Western program in the history of American t.v. and radio, the show chronicles the law-enforcing adventures of the Ranger (Clayton Moore) and his faithful companion Tonto (Jay Silverheels). This collection includes four episodes which aired in September and October of 1956--"The Wooden Rifle," "The Sheriff of Smoke Tree," "The Counterfeit Mask," and "No Handicap."
