    Great price and fast shipping by the seller. Only critique is the advertisement indicated that there was a check for marks and underlying in the text and they found none. Upon checking myself, I did notice markings and underlying in the text. Overall the book is in great shape. Seller refunded $5 for the issue. Great seller and great professionalism.

    This is a terrific book, with plenty of information that is hard to find. It is also in good shape! However: I was sent emails by a "DHL eCommerce" saying that I owed DUTY on this book, with the title of this book, as well as my name and address. HOW DID THEY GET THIS INFORMATION??? I forwarded one of these emails to Ebay but have not heard back. I did not pay. BOOK ARRIVED via Canada Post.
