  The order arrived on a Monday, the first day of the delivery window, even though I got an email message that same morning stating it was going to be delivered on Friday, 4-days late. After a close inspection of the product, it looked to be in new condition; however, it appears to have been unpackaged from its original Toyota packaging and repackaged for shipment to me. This caused concern because I was no longer sure I was getting a brand new product, as advertised. I'm still not positive.

  I ordered the wrong expensive part by mistake. Overall, I'm 110% impressed with this eBay seller. The part was shipped promptly. When I knew the part was incorrect, I initiated the return process through eBay. The process was straightforw to follow, and communication was excellent. My refund was processed without delay. This is an eBay seller I would recommend and use in the future, especially when ordering high-line parts. I am excited to do business with this seller in the future.

  Arrived quickly and packed in oem wrapping. Wasn’t the one I actually needed. Wasn’t the fault of seller. I just thought it was for a different location on my car than it was. Seller responded quickly when I asked to return it. Return was very simple with the QR code option at post office. Just some lost time. No big deal. Would use seller again. Thank you 😊
