  Goods as described but took a week and a half to be delivered. Helpful customer service via email (gave up on phone line after sitting in a queue for 20mins). Delay blamed on carrier but tracking suggests that goods were not dispatched when they claim they were. Minimal packaging (unsealed bag in a tight carboard box) with very slight leak. Would use again if not in rush for oil.

  Excellent Value Transaction - Acceptable 3 Day Delivery, (But not the Next Day Delivery by FedEx claimed in the description. Sent instead by EvRi who just abandoned the package unsafely on the steps by our roadside gate - not visible from the house). Adequately packed though and a Good Deal - Many Thanks AAAAA

  Positive feedback GIVEN ONLY for Quality of Filter and dispatch of this item. The Filter is of good qualityand a good price. However problems started when tracking showed it was uplifted by Courier result delay after delay then on hold. Contact ed seller COMS very slow. Contacted Hermes/Evri customer services who traced it. Delivered on 3rd July Photo 2. Photo 3 show open parcel with 1 x filter.
