They are able to repair to as good as new condition my Bose system that is almost 25 years old. Bose customer service won't even support the Lifestyle 50 any more. Their communication is great and turnaround time of only 1 business day. This is my second time using their service in 5 years. A great tip they gave me is to unplug the unit if not being use for an extended period of time to prolong the life of the components. I highly recommend.

I was advised that some addition work would probably be beneficial, and I agreed, and I’m glad I did. Communication was wonderful. The return package took a long tour of the country, but I was kept informed of its progress the entire time. Now everything is working properly. Great service and communication and fair price.

I have owned my Bose Lifestyle 50 for over 20 years and finally thought it was time to spend thousands again. Well, for $85 I rolled the dice and got back my Bose remote and the M1 multi-room interface working perfectly. I first had an issue where i turned it on and had no sound at all, then I got the no response notice shortly after. When I got it back, everything now works perfectly. The Bose lives on.

This Bose Wave Music System was advertised as MINT CONDITION and that was the truth. Remote was included with a new battery (nice touch). Only wish that a user/operator manual (or a copy of one) was included too. That said, this was an overall very, very good experience. Would do business again with this seller.
