Communication was not the best as we were going back and forth on negotiating but we were not actually talking to each other when i asked questions (i needed a specific picture of the item they did not cover in the photos) was still happy to work with them, if they have something else i need i will purchase again.

Each part was packed and sent individually which was I was not expecting but appreciated. Also the delicate items such as Nav screen were given extra padding. I don't expect to buy car parts often but this is a scarce vehicle and this seller was very quick to answer a question I had and with shipping. I'm impressed and them to be very professional. I was nervous as to whether or not this part would work, as it is a tedious job to replace. I contacted them and they got right back. They reassured me that all parts are tested before removing them from the donor vehicle. I installed the switch assembly and everything works fine. will do more business with apex in the future
