Inside Systems only deals with companies, not private individuals. This means that our prices are always stated without VAT, the general terms and conditions stated below apply and take precedence over any general terms and conditions of the Buyer.

SHIPPING
We usually ship with DHL, TNT, UPS, GLS and FedEx. This can be done via other freight companies in connection with larger shipments.
 
All orders are expected to be delivered by the date stated on the order confirmation.
 
Goods directly from stock will be dispatched the same business day if ordered before 15:00.

Inside Systems can only meet the shipping date, whereas delays may occur at the hands of DHL, TNT, UPS, GLS, FedEx or other courier services.
 
Some products might have restriction preventing the delivery to certain locations – forexample, some airlines will not accept batteries on board, preventing us from delivering them to locations where only these airlines deliver. We do out best to advice this beforehand when possible, but frequent changes in regulations might not always make this possible.
 
Shipping Costs
Our shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of the goods purchased, your delivery address and the individual discount agreements we have with the shipping companies.
Your shipping price will be visible when you enter your address at check-out.
 
Right of withdrawal
As a buyer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
 
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
 
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
 
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to RMA@INSIDESYSTEMS.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
 
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
 
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
 
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
 
 
 
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 16 days to send the item back to us.
 
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
 
 
 
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
 
Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch:
 
Consumables such as licenses
New goods that have been opened, used or otherwise are not in the same condition as they were purchased in, can be returned for a fee.
Goods that have been ordered to for customer’s, from our suppliers, or configured according to the customer’s specifications.
Delivery of sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Delivery of sealed sound or image recordings or computer software on which you have broken the seal.
Delivery of digital content, e.g. computer programs, apps, games, music, movies, etc., which is not delivered physically on e.g. CD or DVD, if you have previously agreed that the process of your order will be started & that your right of cancellation is thereby lost.
 
 
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
 
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
 
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
 
 
 
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
 
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
 
We refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
 
We can withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint
All products purchased on our webshop are covered by a warranty of 1 year unless otherwise agreed in writing or mentioned on the product page. Products purchased through direct sales, are warrantied on a case by case basis as agreed with your rep. Both 1 and 2 years of additional warranty can be purchased on most products.
Should a fault occur on the product during the complaint period, you can request a replacement or return of the product by writing to us at RM*@in***********.com.

The personal information is registered with Inside Systems A/S and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
