You have 2 working days from receiving your order to inform us of any damage that has occurred, we will not accept any claims after this period. We will require a photo of the damage and all packaging. Most items excluding special request orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving. Delivery

Love the picture but it was a long time to get it delivered and the communication was poor, I had to send a message asking when I would be getting it and I got a message back saying that they were arranging it and I only got a phone call 2 hours before delivery, but it was worth the wait, I love it and the person who delivered it was very good very pleasant and helpful. Thanks 👍 10 stars for delivery service. Thanks 👍

Absolutely beautiful bookshelf looks stunning,seller communication is fab they are very helpful, although the delivery men could of been abit more compassionate they really didn't want to help with the delivery,I've just had a c section and I can't lift anything heavy they was really in two minds to help with the shelving but in the end they did thank god...but that is nothig to do with the seller at all,but i would change the delivery men maybe get someone more helpful that is good with people
