    One of the best transactions I ever had on ebay. Desktop was listed as refurbished and I was expecting some dents/scratches, etc. However, it looked perfectly brand new. Received all the upgrades I wanted plus I was surprised when they included an open source office suite. If you are looking to replace your old computer, these are the folks to go to!

    Ran great for about a week, then I fell and hurt my back. When I was able to get back to it I was having problems. It would work for a bit then the screen went black. Re-start the computer and the same problem. I contacted customer support and left a message. Got a call back, talked with the tech and she had me try some things and she told me I'd have to return it. Explained the return process to me and I couldn't wait the 2 weeks for a replacement. bought another NEW computer. NO MORE USED.

    not happy when i found box sitting on my step when i got home from work. But that is a delivery issue. Should have an input about shipping methods, like have to sign for package etc. Otherwise with a minor glitch in the start up, which was handled by Valerie, I am happy with the software and follow up by the customer service people.
