Didn’t work for me. Loop cycle issues due to it needing a charge, and charging port was broken. So there’s that 🤷🏽♂️

Good Morning: We will always be glad to replace for you; however, we noted you have decided not to return for replacement since the thermostat is actually working as intended. From what you have written a simple initial charge was needed which is normal when a battery travels through the mail. Please know that you do not need to charge w/USB cable, instead, you can place the thermostat on a wiring base and internal battery will charge itself. Please contact us if you need any further assistance.
