Collection in Person
The Barnardo's Online Shop offers collection in person for certain items. If you are collecting an item in person, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase and a signature to confirm you have collected the item.

Please note that we are a charity and have the understanding that buyers from Singapore will have great difficulty in paying for items from us due to certain laws. Please be aware of this and consider how you will pay for your item (as we do not offer any other payment options than PayPal) before bidding on any of the items on our shop.

The Barnardo’s Shop can only accept PayPal payments. We do not offer any other payment. We apologise for any inconvenience.
 
Payment Time Allowance
The Barnardo’s Shop is happy to wait a total of 7 days for payment of any item. On the 8th day the transaction will automatically be cancelled.
Please either pay or inform us if you would like to cancel your transaction within 2 days from the sale to avoid any case marks against your eBay account.
 
Cancellations of Bids or Auction Win

The Barnardo’s Shop is unable to accept responsibility for delays to delivery of items due to customs where it has not been caused directly from a wrong customs declaration on our end. Unfortunately Barnardo’s shop is also not liable for any problems encountered with customs during the returning of goods to us. The Barnardo’s Customer Support Team are only available Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Please not all queries and cases will be responded to during this time only.

Returns
If you are not happy with your item please contact us to discuss the refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase using return systems page, items returned after 30 days may not be refunded. Buyers will be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is proven fault or inaccurately described.

    Good seller, item as described, dispatched promptly and good communication. Seller combined postage. Items just loose in a box with no care taken with packing. No additional packaging and there was a risk of cutting items when cutting open the tape on the box.
