  Ordered on the 11th June on a 3 day delivery. Upon viewing tracking information on day 5 I noticed it had travelled around the country. Had to buy from local motor factors as was already late. Spoke to the seller who was most apologetic, understood the need and reason for return. They organised the return at no expense to myself. The communication was excellent and service impeccable. Highly recommended seller.

  This was the second purchase, which ended up also being the wrong item, so I returned it promptly and they also paid for return postage, so I can't fault there response, just they don't answer there phone if you ring and also don't reply to the emails, I had to go via there website and there customer service department then I got a response straight away. In my opinion if you have a question to ask about a complaint they should still answer you.

However, there was a lack of communication and updates from the courier service in charge of the shipment, generating uncertainty about the order's arrival. Although the vendor is not directly responsible for the courier, better coordination would improve the customer experience.
